Residence: A small room in the Rooster's Roost tavern in V'Tavia when he isn't occupying one of the rooms within the Inn itself.

Effects: Usually dressed in greens and grays, the Zephyr also has been seen wearing a stylish light gray suit when selling his maps in V'Tavia. High cut boots of a beautiful black leather adorn his feet. When not out on buisness in his adopted home of V'Tavia, the Zephyr wears a rather gaudy style of leather armor with a vareity of birds painted upon it in various shades of green, white, and black. An elegant scabbard, and matching Short Sword, hang upon one hip. Without fail, Xuthlthan is found to always have a few bottles of ink, quills, and several pages of parchment to take down notes on any terrain he passes.
Weapons: Quite agile, those who have seen the Zephyr display his ability with the short sword comment on the impressive technique employed. A short bow, rarely used, is occasionally seen during his travels.
Companion: Xuthlthan seems to be a rather jovial loner.
