Skin: The lightest of green tints, barely perceptible unless someone take a moment to study the orc.
Distinguishable Marks: Tulin has a small scar across his left cheek. His face generally has a light stubble on it, too lazy to shave with regularity.
Occupation: Prep cook at the Gilded Lilly
Residence: He keeps a simple room at the Rogue's Rest.
Effects: Generic leather armor. He also wears a simple iron monocle over his left eye. In his right ear he has one, simple steel earring.
Weapons: A large axe as well as a set of throwing axes kept at his side.
Background:
Tulin was born to an Ardasi woman following some troubled times. His mother, Shitra and her young merchant husband for whom Tulin was named, had come across the continent in an attempt to gain wealth bringing Artesi cuisine to the seaside town. Settling Vir, the couple spent several years trying unsuccessfully to stoke Tulin’s fortunes.
Shitra never told her son how he was come to be born, but some of Tulin senior’s employees spoke of a trip into the country that ended in tragedy. At any rate, Tulin never met either his real father or the man for whom he was named, living his entire early life with his mother.
Lucky for Tulin, his orcish ancestry is barely perceptible, and his mother taught him as a young child ways of covering much of it up through paints and other accessories. Not one to give anyone a free passage, Shitra put Tulin to work in the scullery, eventually working his way up to help prepare meals in the tavern they worked at.
About two years ago Tulin’s mother passed away, leaving him with the last struggling remains of a business heavily in debt. The half-orc knows little to nothing about his family ties far to the east, and had no reason to try to seek them out. Instead, Tulin abandoned both the business and his debts, heading to the Couer, originally intent on heading to the Twelve Kingdoms. However, Tulin found the Parthenon an intriguing place, and decided to stay in the city. Getting himself a job to make ends meet at the only thing he really knew how to do successfully, Tulin spends whatever free time he can in the Parthenon, hoping to make his fortunes.
