Troll
Appearance: Trolls are gaunt and ever-hungry creatures, all rubbery skin and wiry muscles. Their green skin is pebbled with warts and sprouting hairs. Their eyes are solid yellow, green, or swampy brown. Iron-hard claws tip their fingers, and sharp teeth poke out of their mouths. When wounded, their thick green blood bubbles out and rapidly solidifies into new, regenerating flesh. Trolls move quickly, with a hunched but very fast loping gait that lets them run down prey relentlessly. They stand seven to eight feet tall and weigh three to four hundred pounds.
Known Behaviors: Trolls regenerate even mortal wounds, unless inflicted by acid or fire. Because of its regenerative ability, there is very little a troll fears other than fire. Also because of the demands such a metabolism imposes, a troll is forever ravenous. Almost everything is food in a troll's view; while it may grudgingly accept servitude to a more powerful evil being or lord it over weaker ones, such alliances are likely to last only as long as the troll feels well fed.
