The last known surviving member of the vampire cabal's second generation, Tesiel -- like the other two to have lasted so long -- plays an auxiliary role rather than a front-line part in their organization. She hails from V'tavia, where she was a thief and trap specialist of some renown before accepting an invitation into undeath.
Since becoming a greater vampire, she has been encountered by Parthenon adventurers only once in person, while she was accompanying the now-deceased Mintar in disguise from Knight's Lake to Coeur d'Ennui. Apart from that one meeting, Tesiel's involvement with Coeur d'Ennui has been primarily through the deadly traps she devises on behalf of her superiors.
Tesiel is a petite, boyish woman with short black hair. Her choice of weaponry and any special abilities are unknown, as she has never been seen fighting.
