Effects: Usually dressed in something revealing under her red cloak, Rayel is a great one for drawing attention. Her hair is always brushed but never tamed.
Background: Born and raised in Coeur d'Ennui, daughter of a jeweler and his wife. Rayel was a loving daughter until she discovered her own sensuality. After this she snuck off frequently to join revelers all over the city, including a monthly group meeting in a rock bowl to dance and romance. She did learn the art of jewel crafting and upon obtaining her majority moved into a small apartment. Though her friends she leaned about Tharacia and quickly became a devoted follower. She is short on funds both to start her own jewel crafting business and to gain the services and joys she so desperately wants from her goddesses temple.
