Rapture Sphere

1. Unyielding Faith - [White] [Invocation Cost: NA] [Permanent]
As a consequence of his close relationship with his deity, a paladin of Rapture receives a bonus of +10 per level to saves vs. fear, desecration, and other, similar effects (GM's discretion).

3. Unburdened Will - [Gray] [Invocation Cost: 2] [Duration of combat]
The paladin enters a state of ecstasy, allowing him to ignore all pain. He is thus unaffected by penalties inflicted by injuries. Penalties imposed by magical pain effects such as Agony (Mysticism Level 9) and Discord (Bard - Orange) are reduced by twice the Paladin's level.

This power cannot achieve effects that are physically impossible. For example, a paladin whose right arm has been severed cannot continue to wield his sword in his right hand.

5. Grace - [Red] [Invocation Cost: 2 per 5 damage negated] [One source of damage]
Protects the paladin from all or part of a traumatic event, negating five points of damage per two points spent. Intent to use this power must be announced in response to damage sustained by the paladin. This may be done after damage and saves have been rolled.

8. Deliverance - [Orange] [Invocation Cost: 5] [Special]
Allows the paladin to move at his normal rate through (or over) an obstacle, to a maximum distance of five feet per level. The obstacle can be anything from a stone wall to a swift river. This power can only be used for transportation; e.g., it can be used to pass through a stone wall, but not to "phase" through a sword, or to reach into a treasure chest.

11. Apotheosis - [Yellow] [Invocation Cost: 11] [Special]
Having distinguished himself from other mortal followers, the paladin begins his ascent toward divinity. This power can only be attempted once, and only after the paladin has completed a quest in his deity's service. Thereafter, he can assume the form of the outsider that he will one day become for one hour a day at will. The nature of this form is at the GM's discretion. Beginning at Level 15, and at every five levels after that, the paladin can assume this form for one additional hour.
