Prilla Tranqi

Prilla Tranqi is best known as an artist of exceptional skill. She recently completed a piece that has been half a decade in the works, known as The Plane-Crossed Lovers.
Her name has been circling around all levels of the city since. Among the upper crust, it has become a minor sign of status to have had a chance to view the painting. People from as far as Otessa have been making pilgrimages to view her artwork.
Down by the docks and in other area of the underworld, her name has been a hot item as well. It is quite obvious that an attempt to steal the painting is in the works, with large sums of money being offered for the theft. An attempt at thievery seems like a ludicrous idea - the painting is far too unwieldly to move in stealth, and has become so well known that it could not be sold nor displayed anywhere without being found out.
Outside of her experiences as an artist, it is known that she is a skilled Elementalist, and spent some years as an adventurer. Though she is not eager to speak of it, it is fairly well known that she was one of a group that killed a young beholder somewhere to the west of The Black Forest. Several other prominent citizens of the Couer were known to be with her, primarily Rongo Beaknose, Santran Lightwing, Alesia Zouran, and Nemar Pranta. All of those other than Rongo Beaknose are currently believe to be deceased.
Recent events has caused Prilla to retreat within herself. Due to a fire at her gallery, which destroyed several of her works and caused some damage to several others, and the disappearance of Plane-Crossed Lovers, her gallery has once again been shut down and it does not appear to be reopening any time soon, if ever.
The last time Prilla has been seen in public was a quick trip to the Parthenon, where it is said she left some payment with some adventurers there. Noone has seen her out of her house since, and few, if any, have been admitted within.
