Nelchael
Appearance: Nelchael resemble physically perfect humans with great wings reminscent of hawks' or eagles'. They wear resplendent armor or magnificent silks ornamented with the emblems of the deities they serve, and an aura of radiance surrounds them at all times. Their voices are at once musical and commanding, their movements simultaneously graceful and powerful. The presence of a nelchael awes and inspires those of good heart and terrifies those of evil bent.
Known Behaviors: Nelchael serve directly beneath the goodly gods. They act as generals, personal attendants, and trusted emissaries among the powers of Amalthir. On occasion they lead forays into the Abyssal planes; much more rarely, they may visit Bierilon to aid powerful agents of good in particularly important tasks. Not since the Godslayers' War is more than a single nelchael at a time known to have entered Bierilon on behalf of any goodly cause.
