**Background:** This amoralistic halfling is driven by a need to compensate for personal inadequacies, namely his height. Longo grew up in the Coeur d'Ennui, and being a tallfellow halfling, he tried to pass himself off as a short human. This guise fooled no one, leaving the halfling the butt of many childish pranks by his human friends. The constant childhood abuse left Longo emotionally molested, fostering a distrust and hatred towards all humans.
