Poisons
Because there's already been problems and complaints about them, I'm forced to give you the following house rule regarding Poisons. Any and all poisons and paraphernalia loot given by me should be considered sellable by SW only, as all of them fall far beyond the current Edicts of "rat poison" only.Marketplace Bids and Fencing
Henceforth, fenced items (both purchases and sales) between two PCs must first have an established, verifiable In-Character link between the two characters. This particularly relates to new or recycled characters coming into the Coeur, all of whom have no IC connections to the other PCs (unless some heavy leadup boardplay is established prior).In lay terms, don't try having someone buy/sell items for you if you have no reason to know the character 1)has the ability to do so, and 2)well enough to request such a service from them. Especially if you have no business knowing said items exist in the first place. Let's keep the metagaming to a minimum, please.
