Imarion, sometimes called Imarion Paleblade, is the high priest of Kliasta in Coeur d'Ennui. For over a quarter of a century he has held that position, guiding his often fractious flock through the city's politics and underworld alike with smooth surety. In manner and outlook, he is far more elven than many who are pureblooded, and tends to view the world with detached amusement. The misery of others seems to rouse a peculiar fascination in him, though Imarion is not known for the excesses that sometimes trouble his underlings.
The half-elf is seldom seen outside the subterranean chambers of the Kliastan temple. When he ventures into the city, it is almost always under illusory disguise; his distinctive appearance would cause too many inconveniences otherwise. Imarion is not one to provoke unnecessary confrontations.
Imarion is physically marked by his long dedication to the Lady of Pain's service. His skin and hair are both pale ivory, and he customarily wears robes in the same shade. He is tall for a half-elf, but not extraordinarily so; his commanding presence seems to be more a function of his position, and perhaps of divine favor, than anything physical.
