History
The elf known to many as Glapoes came to the Couer many years ago, and has since called the city his home. When asked, he plainly responds that he was raised as a privileged, albeit isolated youth in his wealthy father's home in a forest. Educated by a private tutor to what he says is a great degree, Glapoes nevertheless claims ignorance as to the exact location of this place, and states his father is now dead and the tutor long since gone. He remains in the city because of its rich opportunities for exposure to knowledge.
Initially choosing the shadow arts, Glapoes found a particular thirst for the varieties of magic abounding in this world, and set upon becoming adept as quickly as he could with as much as he could find. Only with Sorcery did he find to be as easily learned as his original form. His broadening has not come without a price, as many one-time peers have long since left the caster in their shadows as they hone their more focused skills.
Garb
Originally dressed in what might be regarded as simple black trousers and long sleeved button up shirt, Glapoes maintained dark hair that reached his shoulders. After disappearing with the bard Raemou and several others for a period of time, he returned with sharply cropped down and sunbleached hair, and his clothing had been traded for one of entire white, with large billowy and baggy sleeves, pants, and tunic. Another spell of absence from public sight caused Glapoes to return with his hair now returning to its longer past. He for a time wore semi-formal robes, but now has taken to wearing sleepwear-inspired night robes.
Visible Trinkets
Glapoes, like almost all patrons of the Parthenon, had accrued over time a small collection of items, however recent events stripped the mage of all of his belongings. Therefore, there are no visible trinkets.
Marks
Upon his left shoulder there is a tattoo of a bears paw print whose magical enchantment as long since been utilized.
Though self concious about it, Glapoes does not actively conceal his right leg, which is grossly not that of an elf. What can be seen with his robes on is the bottom, which is a chitinous tip.
