**Race:** Half-Fiend
**Gender:** Female
**Age:** 4
**Height:** 5'7" (when standing upright)
**Weight:** 150 lbs.
**Eyes:** Ivory and red
**Hair:** None
**Occupation:** Manifestation of Evil
**Residence:** West Tower, Ang'arta, usually on the rooftops or in the dungeons
**Appearance and Other Notes:** Ghaelin is a scaled, bat-winged monstrosity with small horns running in a crest along the back of her neck and down her spine, clawed hands and feet, and a long, whiplike tail that ends in a poisoned barb. Her scales are predominantly ivory, though patterned with progressively wider V-shapes in rust red. Although the half-fiend's infernal nature has caused her to mature at a far faster rate than that of mortal children, she still has not attained full size, nor has she acquired the full range of powers that accompany her extraplanar heritage.
Ghaelin is the daughter of [[Liante]] and Maedhros, and has had the upbringing one might expect of such nurturing parents. When she was very young, Liante gave her puppies and human playmates who screamed in fear and fled from the fiend, then let Ghaelin kill them -- accidentally as often as not -- and animated the zombies into a parody of affection so that the child would learn to shun living "friends" and seek the company of undead. Other early life lessons included murdering her father's various bastard children and bringing the corpses back for her mother's approval, getting pet trollhounds as the only puppies who could withstand the fiend's playfulness, and watching her parents' violent interactions as the model for loving adult relationships. She shows great promise in becoming what they want.
