Notable PersonagesFelheidhA Celestian knight from Aridoc, Felheidh is the Hillmen's most knowledgeable opponent. Intensely secretive, his precise standing and title are not widely known, even among those who have worked with him. He is, however, evidently a figure of some importance. Felheidh arrived in the Coeur last summer, apparently under orders to investigate the Hillmen's activity there. This investigation quickly led him to Penshaw Farm, an abandoned estate about an hour's ride northeast of the city. What he hoped to find there, only he can say. As it happened, he found death: while approaching the farm, he was ambushed and killed by the Hillman witches who had settled there. A small adventuring party, led by Aramyr, tracked him to the farm, and met a similar fate when they arrived hours later. Aramyr survived, however, and was able to retrieve Felheidh's corpse. Felheidh's story resumed when, on a flight of caprice, he was resurrected by the archmage Liante. He quickly returned to Penshaw Farm, this time leading a small force of Celestians from the Dome of the Sun. This party suffered no casualties, but they have not divulged what they found there. Felheidh is a tall, slim man who looks to be in his late thirties. He has black hair and an ashen complexion. The lower part of his face is heavily scarred in the same way as certain Hillmen. |
