Ettin
Appearance: Ettins are among the filthiest of giantkin, avoiding water with almost superstitious zeal. The stringy mats that hang down their necks are more fur than hair, and a light coating of brown or gray fur covers their bodies as well. Short tusks protrude from their lower jaws; their out-thrust jaws and upturned noses strengthen their resemblance to boars. Ettins typically fashion crude armor from the tough, poorly tanned hides of the animals they kill, and wear this constantly in lieu of more sophisticated clothes.
Known Range: Any desolate hills, caves, or low mountains, including the foothills of the Irontooths, Spinning Winds, and Cathilcarn ranges.
