Elementals
Elementals are the embodiments of the four primal elements of existence: Fire, Earth, Water, and Wind. They are ferocious entities, as unpredictable and dangerous as the elements they represent; some commit themselves to their representative deity, but most are self-serving and hedonistic. There exist a number of elemental combinations only partially composed of the raw elemental incarnation, including the elemental-blooded genasi, and those composed of all four elements, such as the humanlike janni.
The Bierilon is generally viewed as a neutral, if uncomfortable, meeting and hunting ground for elemental forces capable of traversing planes. Those encountered on the material plane are usually these huntsmen, conspirators, or even those trapped by a summoner’s call; as a result, elementals encountered on Bierilon have a far more malicious reputation than those encountered on the elemental planes, where good and evil are rare devotions.
