Dunsair

Dunsair is the most recently encountered of the second-generation vampires. He appears to be a necromancer by specialization, and has a wide range of unusual spells at his command. Little more is known about his capabilities.
The ill-starred party that ventured out to the Little Hopes orphanage off the Sea Road discovered Dunsair pretending to be a human administrator in that place. When they provoked the vampire into breaking his disguise, the ensuing bloodbath claimed Brielle Noel, Melius Cremal, Sir Kaeru, and Verrikun as its victims. The survivors fled.
A team fielded by Athyria's Keep and the Dome of the Sun hit the orphanage after Rayel Atharial, a survivor of the original group, alerted them to the presence of a vampire inside. However, although they destroyed a few remaining ghouls and found the orphanage's half-dead children still inside, Dunsair was gone by the time they arrived. The fragments of his correspondence that remained undestroyed after the vampire's departure gave few clues as to his plans or reasons for being there.
