Bharzak Ironaxe leads the gang of exiled duergar who control the Fingers on the city's south side. As laconic and foul-tempered as the rest of his grim kin, the gray dwarf is feared throughout the underworld for his fighting skill and the discipline of the gang that backs him. The Ironaxe duergar are the foremost traffickers of black-market weapons and armor through the city, and their personal equipment is the very best.
Bharzak is as ruthless a businessman as he is a warrior. Once he gives his word, however, he keeps it, and he is not known for double-crossing his business partners. The Ironaxe reputation for reliability is key to their position in the underworld.
The gray dwarves have adapted several of the warehouses in the Fingers as their strongholds. These warehouses are not outwardly different from those used to stock crates and cargoes, but they serve as the duergar's homes and offices -- and, on the rare occasions that they take any, holding rooms for their prisoners.
