The satellite islands are occasionally inhabited, despite their extreme distance from known countries, cities, or even small towns. Traders, pirates and explorers have even taken short stays upon the outer shores of these small islands, some by accident and others knowing of their existence. Storms still strike the smaller masses, though less frequently enough that making stays of a few weeks for a ship, or perhaps even years if living from the plants and animals that dwell here.
